Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actress. There are a few soap opera roles including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. She also played Daphne a regular character in season two of HBO's drama True Blood. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She began her teaching career teaching Reading in Kindergarten as well as the 1st grade at Maury County. After marrying the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she relocated to Thompsons Station. She began her teaching career in 4th year at Bethesda Elementary. Between 1999 and 2000, Ashley continued to teach as she earned her Masters of Education from Trevecca Nazarene University. However it was in 2000 that they were able to welcome Baylor. Ashley has been spending the last fifteen years working on the growth of children in her home congregation as well as in her community. She has also served in various roles. Ashley is an active leader of the Preschool Ministry as well as the Student Ministry in Thompson Station Church. Ashley and her family were homeschooled for 3 years. Ashley was a teacher of History in Kindergarten as well as the 1st grade at home and also took part in the tutorial. God said to her that although she loved the homeschooling experience and being with children, the family required a return to full time school. Brent and Ashley, who have five daughters. Silas Eliza and Cruz are all at GCA. Baylor is a GCA graduated and is a baseball player alongside UT Martin. Callan, another GCA graduated, goes to Western Kentucky University. The family is very active. family who enjoys fishing, sports, and hunting together.
